Scope
These terms cover the WeReady Labs website and its Shorey prototype. Questions can be sent to hello@wereadylabs.org. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
Prototype and information
Shorey is in development. Map conditions, photographs, timestamps and community activity are demonstration content unless expressly identified otherwise. Planned features may change or may not be released. The site provides general information, not professional, emergency, navigation or swimming-safety advice. Read the safety notice before using coastal information.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or misuse another person’s information. No account, donation, purchase or subscription is created by using the prototype.
Content and permissions
WeReady Labs branding and original website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party images, maps, fonts and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Viewing this website does not transfer those rights. Contact us before reusing our branding or implying our endorsement. NVIDIA Inception membership does not imply NVIDIA endorsement of Shorey.
Contributions
The prototype does not accept public photo submissions. A future contribution service will require separate information about permissions, moderation and how contributions are used. Sending an enquiry does not grant us a general licence to publish your photographs.
External services and availability
External links and embedded resources are provided for convenience. Their operators control their availability, content and terms. We may update, suspend or remove parts of this website. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that all information will be complete or current.
Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Barbados law applies, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. Updates take effect when posted with a revised date.
